The machines are meant to be operated by the trained workers only and not by the newbie. Never operate the equipment if you are under training or completely untrained.
Never try to operate the equipment if you are new in this field without reading the user manual. Read and understand the contents of user manual before you head to operate the mixers.
There are many persons who are allergic to cement or other minerals. Wear the protective gloves before operating the machine even if you are not allergic to the compounds. The compounds present in the materials can cause skin allergy, protective gloves avoid the direct contact with such materials.
Eyes are the most sensitive part of our body and direct contact of eyes with the materials like cement and sand can cause harm. Wear eye protection glasses before working on the mixers as accidents never asks you before coming neither they leave a warning sign.
Oil, lubes and grease can cause skin irritation when you come in contact of such products directly. They can also cause skin cancer when prolonged direct contact with exposed parts. Use barrier cream or PPE before carrying out maintenance work. Wash your hands properly before leaving the construction site.
Find authorized disposal sites for disposing off the waste oils and lubricants as disposing them in public drainage can cause environmental harm. Also, never allow waste products wash down to the public drainage. Filter them properly before disposing off or washing down to the drains.
While operating the mixer, never put your hand inside the machine especially whilst it is rotating. Before leaving the construction site, always disconnect all the power supply from the main power supply.
Turn the main power supply off before carrying out any maintenance work or cleaning the machine. Do not turn it on until the machine is dried completely from inside and everything have dried well.
